Clarence J. Lott, a distinguished Vietnam Veteran and recipient of numerous military honors, including the Distinguished Flying Cross, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry, and 35 Air Medals, founded All-Star Aviation Services in 1986. Clarence's aviation journey began in combat, flying Cobra Gunship helicopters. With over five decades of aircraft experience and an impressive 33,000 hours of flight time, Clarence holds an Airline Transport Rating in both Turbojet Aircraft and Helicopters. Additionally, he possesses an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics License (A&P) with an Inspection Authorization.
Under Clarence’s leadership, All-Star Aviation Services has evolved from a Helicopter Management and Charter Company to a comprehensive Jet Aircraft Management business. Clarence’s extensive expertise and dedication to operational excellence enable the company to provide top-tier management services for turbojet, turboprop airplanes, and turbine helicopters. All-Star Aviation Services currently manages a Hawker 800XP, offering unparalleled guidance and support throughout the aircraft purchase and ownership process.
Clarence has successfully established and operated three FAA Part 135 Charter Companies, serving in various management roles, including Director of Operations, Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance, and Safety Officer. His experience as a line Captain in business jet aircraft since 1987 has given him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by flight crews. This hands-on management and operational experience earn him the respect of managed aircraft flight crews and ensure the highest standards of safety and operational excellence in privately operated aircraft operations.
